Prime Minister Fico wants to renegotiate a defence agreement with the US. Under the treaty, signed two years ago, American servicemen in Slovakia cannot be prosecuted for any crime or misdemeanor on Slovak soil. It leaves Slovakia without any sovereignty, says Fico. He said the Czech Republic has a much more equitable agreement with the Americans.
