Parliament on Tuesday broke President Zuzana Caputova's veto and re-approved an amendment to the Division of Powers Act. The amendment entails establishment of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport as of February 1, sets new rules under which chairs of the Statistics Office and the Office for Supervision of Health Care are to be appointed and dismissed and reclassified the Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) and the Office for Regulation of Network Industries (URSO) as central bodies of the state administration.
