President Zuzana Caputova decorated 33 individuals from many walks of life with a state award at a ceremony held in the building of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra in Bratislava on Sunday. Among the decorated individuals celebrated for their varying contributions to public welfare, 14 were women and 19 men, whereas seven received the award posthumously. Awarded were for example Slovak skier Petra Vlhova, film director Peter Bebjak or radio journalist Ota Plavkova.
