Parliament is continuing deliberations on changes in the penal code. But the debate is still in the phase of procedural arguments: whether this bill could or should be considered in a so-called fast track procedure. Still another 48 members of the opposition are waiting for their reserved speaking time.
Justice Minister Boris Susko is also expected to speak today, as presenter of the bill.
