Hlas, the second partner in the government coalition, floated again the concept of regional, rather than national representation. First by mouth of Peter Pellegrini, chairman of the parliament, early this morning; later in the day, Interior Minister Matus Sutaj Estok added his support.
But the leader of the junior party in the coalition, Andrej Danko, dismissed the idea immediately: he said this morning he thinks a change in the electoral system is a waste of time. (TASR)
