President Zuzana Caputova has signed the law on mortgage repayment aid. As of next year, the state will contribute funds to help those eligible cope with increased mortgage interest rates. The maximal amount of the benefit will be €150 per month.
And the president has also signed the amendment to the Water Act and the amendment to the Act on Offences. As a result of the changes, the deadline for owners of small wastewater treatment plants will be extended.
