President Caputova has asked the Justice Minister, Boris Susko, to abandon the fast-track approach to changes in the Criminal Law, and the proposal to close the Special Prosecutor's Office. "I have to say that the minister has not convinced me, neither in terms of the merits of the changes, nor in terms of the merits of the speed of such a procedure," Caputová said.
She asked Susko to show her decisions of the Constitutional Court on which he based his case. (TASR)
