Lipsic says Court never objected to prosecutions

Daniel Lipsic, the former head of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, said not a single prosecutorial decision by his office had been overruled by the Constitutional Court. The government has said that the Court had found 30 instances of human rights violations. But Lipsic countered: "A total of 274 complaints were submitted to the Constitutional Court in two years. In only seven instances did the court rule there had been a violation of the rights of the complainant; four of which concerned delays in proceedings."
