The government hopes to cut the budget deficit by one half of a per cent of GDP this year. But in the coming years, the aim is to reduce the deficit by one full per cent each year, said Finance Minister Ladislav Kamenicky in a TV interview on Sunday. He wants to put an end to the growth of public debt by 2027. (TASR)
