Economic news: Inflation continued its downward trend in November, for the ninth consecutive month. It’s still at 6.2 percent overall. Highest inflation is currently seen in food prices, at 7.6 per cent; housing and energy prices rose 5.2 per cent, still high but the lowest rate in almost two years. Transport was the only sector where prices actually are lower now than a year ago, down 0.2 percent.
