Lubomir Solak will be appointed to the post of Police Corps president as of Friday, December 1. Police chief candidate Lubomir Solak said he perceives the need to address the shortage of police officers as his top priority and would like to make employment on the force more attractive. The opposition fears that he will act in line with the ruling coalition and the Interior Ministry.
