The Constitutional Court has accepted President Zuzana Caputova's motion, asking the court to express an opinion on a conflict between her and the prosecutor-general of the Justice Ministry. He refused to give her a list of his decisions concerning the use of paragraph 363 that she requested. That particular paragraph allows him to overrule the special prosecutor, who pursues politically sensitive cases.
