Slovakia's economy will grow by 1.3 percent this year, and 1.7 per cent next year. This estimate from the European Commission. The Commission anticipates that investment will be driven by EU structural funds, the Recovery and Resilience Plan and government investment.
Inflation is still high this year, at almost 11 per cent, but will halve next year to roughly 5 per cent. Unemployment is low and will drop further next year, the EU predicts.
