The prosecution of the former president Andrej Kiska for tax fraud is not a closed book yet. He himself has already said he would appeal, although he was given a suspended sentence only and a fine of 15.000 euros. Now, the prosecutor says he will also appeal because he thinks the verdict is too lenient.
