Petra Vlhova, the Slovak skier who won Olympic gold at Beijing last year, is back. Her manager reported this weekend that she is currently in the same shape as two years ago. Most important is how she feels mentally – after her Olympic win last winter, she said she felt “empty.”
Two years ago, Vlhova won the skiing World Cup for the 2020-2021 season.
The World Cup will return to Slovakia this winter, after a three year break. The races will be held at Jasna in January.
