The Constitutional Court has confirmed that the Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) should destroy the tapes of wiretapping of Zoltan Varga. This in response to a motion by Varga, whose apartment in Bratislava was wiretapped by the intelligence service in 2005 and 2006.
The SIS warrants to wiretap the apartment were approved by the Bratislava Regional Court. This decision has now been overturned by the Constitutional Court.
