A crowd, estimated at 4.000 people by the organizers, gathered on Zamocka street in Bratislava on Thursday evening to commemorate the murders at Teplaren Bar, one year ago.
President Zuzana Caputova addresed the crowd with a recorded message, saying: „I respect you, I like you, each of you has your own unique value, we are all equal and we all need dignity.“
Prime minister Ludovit Odor addressed the crowd as well, as did Michal Simecka of the party Progressive Slovakia.
