Even though the EU needs to invest more in its defence and security, NATO still remains the best and most efficient answer to all current challenges, Foreign Affairs Minister Miroslav Wlachovsky stated at the Warsaw Security Forum in Poland. Wlachovsky stated that Russian aggression against Ukraine has underlined the need for firm trans-Atlantic ties even more, warning that the list of challenges to face is even longer, including hybrid threats, challenges posed by China as well as climate change and illegal migration.
