The Prime Minister, after a Cabinet session, emphasized that there are no plans to close borders between Slovakia and Poland or other neighbouring countries like Germany and the Czech Republic. Instead, the government is prioritizing efforts to prevent people-smuggling. Odor also noted a recent easing of migration pressure compared to two weeks ago and assured the public that Slovakia currently possesses adequate resources to monitor its borders.
