Slovak enterprises are expected to save €20.5 million on road tax from next year. Based on a proposal of the Finance Ministry, companies will get the discount for using new and ecological vehicles.
The highest allowance of 25 percent will be granted to cars registered for three years at the most. A uniform tax on motor vehicles for the whole of Slovakia is another novelty.
