After opening the new school year in Bratislava on Monday, President Zuzana Caputova said that she plans to discuss the issue of migration with her Hungarian counterpart Katalin Novak. She views the release from prison of more than 1,400 people convicted of smuggling in Hungary as surprising. According to the president, the issue of illegal migration is a serious problem. "I don't think there's any reason to panic. It's a serious problem not only in Slovakia, but all over Europe," she noted.
