The Vatican's Secretary of State Pietro Parolin will come Slovakia according to the Slovak Bishops Conference of Slovakia. Between September 14-16 he should visit Bratislava, Sastin (Trnava region), Kosice and Klokocov (Kosice region). The cardinal will arrive on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the restoration of diplomatic relations between Slovakia and the Holy See, the 1,160th anniversary of the arrival of Saints Cyril and Methodius on Slovak territory, the 20th anniversary of a visit by St. John Paul II to Slovakia and the second anniversary of the visit of Pope Francis in 2021.
