Sixteen years after the biggest industrial accident in Slovakia, a final verdict was handed down. Two former top managers of the Military Repair Company in Nováky will go to prison. It was decided by the Regional Court of Appeal in Trenčín. On March 2, 2007, an explosion of an undetermined amount of explosive substance in the company caused the destruction of the processing hall and killed eight people and injured 37 employees. More than four million euros of property damage was caused by the explosion.
