Six Slovaks suffered minor injuries in a collision between two buses on the D2 motorway near Brno (Czech Republic). They are currently being treated at the Brno Military Hospital. A bus belonging to a Slovak travel agency called Turancar was involved in a collision in the Czech Republic on Monday. One of the drivers died and 60 passengers were injured. In total, there were around 70 people on board the two buses. Thirteen people were seriously injured and a further 47 suffered moderate or minor injuries. All injured passengers have now been rescued from the vehicles. According to the governor of the South Moravia region, Jan Grolich, one of the buses was carrying foreigners. The Turancar bus was carrying 35 passengers and two drivers. The bus was travelling from Budapest to Prague when it was hit from behind by a second bus. Slovak Prime Minister Ludovit Odor has offered his Czech counterpart Petr Fiala help in the form of rescue services.
