Caretaker Defence Minister Martin Sklenár received the Cypriot Ambassador to Slovakia Nicos P. Nicolaou. They discussed deepening bilateral cooperation with a focus on defence and security, as well as current security challenges focusing on Slovak soldiers in Cyprus at the UN peacekeeping UNFICYP mission. Sklenár stated Slovakia’s aim to maintain the mission and continue its contribution.
