Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miroslav Wlachovsky is to make a working trip to Lebanon on June 14-15, 2023, TASR was told by the ministry's communications department on Tuesday.
One of the main goals of the visit is the launch of a project to build a medical waste incinerator in one of the medical facilities in Beirut. As the initiator, Slovakia will open the project together with the Czech Republic and Austria within the regional cooperation of the Austerlitz format (S3) countries.
As part of the visit, Wlachovsky will also hold talks with Lebanese outgoing Prime Minister Najib Mikati.
