Former PM and leader of the Demokrati party Eduard Heger announced the party has agreed on pre-election cooperation with the Jablko party, founded by the MEP Lucia Ďuriš Nicholsonová. According to Heger, the parties' programmes are complementary and in many areas they also have overlap. Ďuriš Nicholsonová said that they agreed on a compromise - the candidates from the Jablko party will occupy only the last 5 seats, with her being in the last 150th spot.
"So far it looks like that," said Ďuriš Nicholson, adding that the other four candidates who will be on the Democrats' ticket will be presented in the near future.
