Slovak Prime Minister Ludovit Odor is due to meet French President Emmanuel Macron, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Czech Premier Petr Fiala on Wednesday (May 31), TASR was told by the Government Office's press and information department on Tuesday.
Odor will discuss bilateral relations between Slovakia and France with Macron as well as the current geopolitical and economic situation.
"He [Odor] will also welcome his Czech counterpart Petr Fiala at the Government Office. Given that the Czech Republic is our closest partner, the topic of the working dinner will be deepening and developing Slovak-Czech cooperation in several areas," noted the press department.
The Slovak Premier is also set to take part in the Globsec 2023 international security conference on Wednesday, where he'll meet von der Leyen, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic and Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna.
