Low-income households that didn't obtain inflation aid last year should be eligible for a one-off subsidy amounting to €100, according to a Labour Ministry-sponsored amendment to a government decree due to be discussed at the Cabinet session on Wednesday.
At the same time, some families with school-age children might be given a one-off subsidy of €160 under the ministry's draft amendment.
Checks on Slovakia's borders with Austria, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic and at international airports should be resumed between May 24 and June 8 for security reasons during the Globsec 2023 Bratislava Forum conference and the Hells Angels MC Slovakia – World Run 2023 motorcycle club event. The Cabinet will deal with a document relating to this as well.
