Russia's continued aggression against Ukraine and the introduction of an EU action plan aimed at mitigating its effects on third countries are the main topics being discussed at the European Union (EU) Foreign Affairs Council in Luxembourg. Slovakia is represented by its interim Foreign and European Affairs Minister Rastislav Káčer. Furthermore, an informal meeting with Georgian Foreign Affairs Minister Ilia Darchiashvili will also be part of the programme.
