Ombudswoman Jana Dubovcová has again asked the Constitutional Court to examine whether the country’s legislation on foreigners is in accordance with the Constitution of the Slovak Republic and other international conventions.
The ombudswoman is convinced that some provisions of the Foreigners Act and the Asylum Act are in reality at odds with the Constitution, Dubovcová’s aide for the media and communication Ján Glovičko has informed.
