A prosecutor of the Bratislava Regional Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against Dusan Dedecek who killed five people while driving under the influence in Bratislava last October, the prosecutor's office spokesman Juraj Chylo has confirmed for TASR. The accident that claimed the lives of five people and injured several others took place on the evening of October 2, when the drunk driver crashed his car into a busy bus stop on Zochova Street in Bratislava. Dusan D. has been in custody since last October due to concerns that he could continue his criminal activity. In line with Penal Code, he can be sentenced to 20 to 25 years in prison, but he could also be imprisoned for the rest of his life.
