State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Ingrid Brocková held political consultations with Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Yevhen Perebyjnis in Bratislava. Their topics included mutual relations, Volodymyr Zelensky's peace formula, Ukraine's support in the fight against Russian aggressors and its Euro-integration ambitions. "In the context of Russia's unprovoked aggression against Ukraine, Slovakia's position is clear, we do not accept any efforts to redraw the borders between the countries, moreover, by force and under false pretexts. Ukraine has our solidarity and support," the State Secretary stated. She recalled that Slovakia has long supported Ukraine's EU accession: "It is in Slovakia's interest that our eastern neighbour becomes part of the European family. We call on Ukraine's partners to take a responsible approach to reforms, which are important not only in terms of European integration, but especially in terms of strengthening Ukraine's resilience against internal and external threats." The State Secretary confirmed that Slovakia will participate in Ukraine's post-war reconstruction.
