Slovak battery producer InoBat and an Italian company named Poggipolini have signed a memorandum of understanding on future strategic and technical cooperation. The aim of the partnership is to improve the companies' offerings and accelerate the development of electrification of vehicles in the automotive and aerospace industries, as well as to support the innovation of both companies. In specific terms, the agreement draws on InoBat's expertise in battery cell design and chemistry. Poggipolini will offer its expertise in lightweight automotive components, digital solutions, special manufacturing processes and experience in 3D printing.
