Slovakia welcomes the peace initiative of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said interim Foreign Minister Rastislav Kacer after receiving the new Ukrainian Ambassador to Slovakia Myroslav Kastran on Thursday. Kacer and the new Ukrainian ambassador also spoke about specific steps that Slovakia is considering in order to contribute towards fulfilling the peace initiative. They also discussed the current situation in Ukraine, the role of the international community, Slovak aid and preparations for the post-war restoration of Ukraine.
