A suspect in the case of threats to public RTVS senior editor Marta Janckarova has been detained by the National Criminal Agency NAKA. As part of its “Francesco” action, a retired man is being interrogated. He was tracked down in the vicinity of Poltar, central Slovakia, by his phone number. He was in legal possession of a gun as confirmed by the chief of NAKA Lubomir Danko. Judge Branislav Harabin of the Bratislava District Court, however, did not consent to a search of the home of the man from the Poltár district, who is over 70 years old.
