Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister Rastislav Kacer met his British counterpart James Cleverly in London on Tuesday. They discussed the development of cooperation and strengthening of relations between Slovakia and Great Britain, as well as the consequences of Russia's war against Ukraine and related security challenges. During their meeting, the two ministers signed the Joint Declaration on Support for Bilateral Strategic Cooperation. According to the Foreign minister, this declaration is a basis for a strategic dialogue and regular consultations on issues of common interest in foreign policy, security and other global challenges. "In connection with tens of thousands of Slovak nationals who live and work in the United Kingdom, as well as mutually strong economic ties, we hope to develop even stronger bilateral cooperation between our countries," added Rastislav Kacer.
