At its session on Wednesday, the Government should extend the provision of contributions for accommodating refugees from Ukraine until February 29, 2024, with the level of the contribution remaining unchanged.
The Cabinet is also expected to approve renting the former residence of the late Cardinal Jozef Tomko in Rome. The premises should now serve as the headquarters of the Slovak Historical Institute in Rome. The annual rent is €120,000, and the Cabinet is due to approve the money for this for the next six years.
Cabinet ministers are also scheduled to deal with some personnel proposals, including the appointment of MP and former Slovak volleyball representative Richard Nemec as Education Ministry state secretary. (TASR)
