If Parliament won't approve decisions leading to early general election, President Zuzana Caputova stands ready to take a course of action in accordance with her constitutional powers. The head of state announced this in her response to the unsuccessful conclusion of political talks on the forming of new potential majority in Parliament.
"After today it is evident that the effort of Eduard Heger to put together a new majority in Parliament has failed to recruit support. Every subsequent action should now be geared towards the only sensible solution in this situation," added the President. (TASR)
