The state awards ceremony to mark the 30th anniversary of the founding of Slovakia will be attended also by the presidents of neighboring states, with Czech President Milos Zeman, Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen and Polish President Andrzej Duda accepting the invitation. The ceremony will be held on January 1, 2023, at the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra building and President Zuzana Caputova will decorate 28 public figures from various walks of public life with state awards.
