Bratislava, but also Amsterdam, Bucharest, Budapest, Prague and Warsaw, are at the top of the European ranking in office building sustainability, reported the real estate consulting company CBRE. According to the company, the ratio of sustainable buildings in Bratislava has reached 45%.
The proportion of certified office properties in 18 European markets has reached one fifth, up from 14% in 2019. The least sustainable office buildings, with a ratio of around 5%, are in Denmark, Italy or Sweden.
