The Slovak Road Administration has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and the University of Zilina which will pave the way for collaboration in the areas of financial management as well as preparation and construction of road infrastructure. The same memorandum with the Technical University of Kosice should be signed in the next few days. The aim of the cooperation is to put into practice the latest technologies in the field. The memorandum establishes a framework for long-term cooperation in the preparation, implementation and management of projects, the development of technical regulations, the training of a skilled workforce and the promotion of regular training activities in road management.
