The 78th parliamentary session continues on Tuesday with debates on amendments to the Commercial Code and the distraint order sponsored by the Justice Ministry. The vote of no-confidence in the Government started at 11 a.m. The motion was initiated by the opposition Sloboda a Solidarita - Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) party and co-signed by MPs around Peter Pellegrini (HLAS-SD party). The vote of no-confidence in the Government will be postponed until 5 p.m. on Thursday (December 15). MPs decided on this move at noon on Tuesday by approving a procedural proposal to this effect submitted by OLANO caucus head Michal Sipos, who pointed to the need to create room for negotiations on a solution to the current crisis, including possible elections.
