Defence Minister Jaroslav Nad received the Order of Yaroslav the Wise state award from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during an official visit to Kiev on Thursday. The Ukrainian head of state grants this award to representatives of foreign states in honour of their extraordinary service to the Ukrainian nation. The incredibly honoured minister Nad stated that this award would remind him that genuine determination, commitment and shared interests with good intentions are stronger than concentrated evil in any form. During his visit to Ukraine on Thursday, he also informed that Slovakia would supply Ukraine with Bozena demining systems worth €1.8 million, ballistic vests worth €1.2 million and other military equipment worth €6.3 million.
