Labour Minister Milan Krajniak (deputy head of We Are Family) is viewed as the most trusted member of the Government, enjoying the confidence of 31% of the respondents questioned by Focus agency. At the same time, he is distrusted by 65% of the people polled. Conversely, the least trusted Cabinet member is Finance Minister and the head of the largest governing Ordinary People party Igor Matovič trusted by 11% of the respondents, and distrusted by 88%.
The second most trusted Minister is Transport Minister Andrej Doležal (a We Are Family nominee) who received the confidence of 30% and who is seen as untrustworthy by 55%. Doležal was followed by Health Minister Vladimir Lengvarský (nominee of Ordinary People), who enjoys confidence from 29% and is distrusted by 68%, and Prime Minister Eduard Heger (member of Ordinary People, trusted by 26% and distrusted by 73%). Foreign Affairs Minister Rastislav Káčer came fifth (trusted by 24%, distrusted by 48%), followed by Economy Minister Karel Hirman (trusted by 24%, distrusted by 51%), Environment Minister Ján Budaj (Ordinary People; trusted by 24%, distrusted by 71%), and Education Minister Ján Horecký (trusted by 23% and distrusted by 51%).
The poll further showed Culture Minister Natália Milanová (Ordinary People) as trusted by 21% and distrusted by 65%, Justice Minister Viliam Karas trusted by 20% and distrusted by 51%, Agriculture Minister Samuel Vlčan (an Ordinary People nominee) trusted by 20% and distrusted by 62%, Defence Minister Jaroslav Naď (Ordinary People) trusted by 20% and distrusted by 77%, Interior Minister Roman Mikulec (Ordinary People) trusted by 19% and distrusted by 76%, Deputy Prime Minister for Legislation Štefan Holý (We Are Family) trusted by 16% and distrusted by 58%) and Investment Minister Veronika Remišová (For the People) trusted by 16% and distrusted by 81%).
Focus agency conducted the poll between November 2-8, 2021 on a sample of 1,017 respondents.
