President Zuzana Caputova appointed chancellors of five universities on Monday. Peter Plavcan is to be installed at the helm of Danubius University in Sladkovicovo, Marek Stevcek will serve as the chancellor of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Bohunka Koklesova to head the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, Vladimir Hiadlovsky the Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica and, lastly, Samuel Abraham will become the chancellor of the International School of Liberal Studies in Bratislava. "All of you already have experience with these posts and thus the upcoming years pose an opportunity for you to continue the work you've begun. They also represent the confidence placed in you by your academic community," said president Zuzana Čaputová.
