The government has approved additional anti-inflation aid for the most vulnerable groups, which include more than 150,000 people. The aid will be worth €100 per person, with a total volume of €15.6 million, said Prime Minister Eduard Heger following the government session on Wednesday. Some groups did not receive help in the first wave or "fell through the net", so they will be paid in the second aid package, added the premier. “From this amount, we'll increase allowances for children, we'll help the disabled, orphans, households in material need, but also other groups," said the prime minister. According to Labour Minister Milan Krajniak (We Are Family), the target group for the second wave of the inflation assistance is 23,650 new-born dependent children as well as 29,400 low-income people with severe disabilities.
