The Globsec organisation will open its branch in the Ukrainian capital city of Kiev, Globsec President Robert Vass announced on Monday. Vass added that Globsec plans a longstanding stay in Ukraine, with an eye towards interconnecting other democratic organisations and governments with Kiev. "By opening our representation in Kiev, we're demonstrating our solidarity with the Ukrainian people and their government. Our activities will be geared mostly towards the aid Ukraine is in need of. We will connect other democratic organisations and governments with Kiev," added Vass. This move is also welcomed by Ukrainian chief of diplomacy Dmytro Kuleba. According to him it is a gesture of vital importance and contributes towards the strengthening of democracy, security, prosperity and sustainability in Europe and the world, which won't be possible without the victory of Ukraine over the Russian aggressor.
