Prime Minister Eduard Heger assures people that despite the change at the helm of the Justice Ministry, the continuity of implementation of the already adopted reforms will be ensured. "I spoke with Justice Minister Viliam Karas on this topic today. He told me that an audit is currently being conducted at the ministry, the results of which should be known in the next few weeks," stated Heger, adding that the new justice minister re-assured him that the reform of the courts is his priority and that it continues as planned. The judicial map reform foresees, among other things, the setting up of municipal courts in Bratislava and Kosice as of January 1, 2023. Also, three administrative courts are to be established. Some agendas between the courts are also planned to be transferred.
