After being tasked with managing the Education Ministry on a temporary basis on Tuesday, Premier Eduard Heger (OLaNO) said that he plans to announce the name of a new education minister in a few days. Heger declared that the education sector is a big priority for his Government, and stressed that they want to choose the best from among the candidates to be education minister." The premier noted that work on reforms, investment in the education sector and salary hikes continues. He believes all of this together will attract new teachers, and that the steps they are taking are all aimed at the recovery of the education sector.
